    Tired of the gym and running. No worries because you can get much fitter on the water because we specialise in fitness classes to fit your needs and bring your fitness and feeling good to the next level. After only a few weeks you will feel and see results with your whole body feeling and looking great, especially your core.

    We are offering a SUP Fit/ Racing Class every Sunday at 7am at The Strand behind the Tobruk Pool. We focus on your balance, core strength and do full body working outs on the boards in the water. It is a fun way to get super fit and strong while having fun being on the water.

    Any age and skill/ fitness level welcome

    We can provide boards.
